Trip to ROJA ROJI - MUBARAK SHAHID DARGAH

“All the pathos and irony of leaving one’s youth behind is thus implicit in every joyous moment of travel:
one knows that the first joy can never be recovered, and the wise traveler learns not to repeat successes but tries new places all the time.”  – Paul Fussell

So, this time we choose to take a move towards "ROJA ROJI - MUBARAK SHAHID DARGAH".

I started calling out all friends and girlfriends* too ;), a day before I wanted to make a move. I was so
exited as after a long pause I was about to start my TRIP. By the evening of 07 Apr 2012, I got the confirmation from Richa, Gunjan, Mani, Sonali,
Dipali, Hiren and Om. It was a typical experience which I had on that saturday night. My mind, my dreams and the excitement of going on TRIP, didn't allow
me to sleep on previous night of the TRIP.

We left home early morning, on 08 Apr 2012 and gathered at first check out point at Sardar Patel Ring Road, which led us to SH 3. Its always fun to
go on a TRIP, but it becomes more jouful when you have your friends with you. After crossing Kanij and Nainpur cross roads just in 25-30 minutes, we reached
our final destination - Sojali Village. Sojali is one of the Villages in Mehmedabad Taluka of Kheda District in Gujarat State. Sojali is located 3.9 km
away from its main Taluka Mehmedabad. End of the village, there is a bank of river of Vatrak river. There is a jungle before the river bank and just before to that
you will see "ROJA ROJI - MUBARAK SHAHID DARGAH". On map you can find it on 22°50'33"N   72°46'24"E or google link is just below.

"ROJA ROJI - MUBARAK SHAHID DARGAH" :

The tomb was built by Sultan Mahmud Begada in the 15th century and is currently maintained by the Archeological Survey of India (ASI). Also known for the untamed mystery
of this place is on the end of the structure the last right bas pillar contains – A Mataji temple and the ground level for that is approx 12 to 15 feet down, please check
out the other image for the carved mataji image on the pillar beneath.

We found beautiful carvings there in the Tomb. On the back side there are three secreat down stairs, which was giving a way towards the tiny forest behind.
Exploring that forest and the river bank beside of Vatrak river, and having lots of masti with all the friends, made my day and my TRIP just awesome.
